Our History

​​Early 2003 three men decided to sell –for fun and hobby- small imported electric bikes, and by doing so gain a bit of money to help pay for their weekly sauna visits. Soon after, small residential air conditioners were added. In September 2003 an official company was founded, solely aimed on import and sales of Fairland split air conditioners from China.



In 2004 two partners were bought out and Peter continued on his own, adding Eraspa bathroom-ware and pool heaters in 2006, Coolwex line of air conditioners, heat pumps, heatpipes and pellet stoves in 2007.

Lack of progress in development of new products and /or insufficient service and support, prompted Caydens to stop some activities, whilst others were added.

In 2009 Caydens Int. and Slovenian company TI-EN decided to team-up with world leading manufacturer of electricity, gas and water meters Itron (France/U.S.A.) in a big project for AMR water meters at the leading waterworks of Slovenia. After winning the project the company Ekogrid d.o.o. was founded in Maribor on the 17th. of  May 2013.

In 2012 Eco-Savings Holland and Caydens decided to found a new company EcoSavings Europe B.V. to address the growing need –and therefore huge market opportunities- for CO2 and energy neutral houses.

In 2013 a collaboration was started with Slovenian company Barbatus d.o.o. to import, market and sell (amongst others) TOPLING central heating boilers, SENKO stoves and fireplaces and LENTHERM hot water tanks.
